Madilyn Ogden, a freshman goalkeeper from Lehi, Utah, brings a strong multi-sport background and a love for competition to the USU Eastern soccer program. She played all four years of high school soccer, becoming the starting goalkeeper and a senior captain during her final season. In addition to soccer, she competed in high school basketball for all four years, developing her versatility and competitive mindset across two sports.
She comes from a family of six with a strong athletic tradition. Her mother, Jolene Ogden, played collegiate volleyball, while her father, Rhett Ogden, competed in collegiate tennis. She has an older brother, an older sister and a younger sister. Her older sister also played collegiate soccer, giving her a strong connection to the sport within her family.
Outside of athletics, she enjoys spending time outdoors and staying active. She loves hiking, paddleboarding, boating and swimming, as well as playing soccer and basketball. Ogden chose USU Eastern after the soccer coach reached out to her and felt the opportunity would be a fun experience while allowing her to stay relatively close to home. She is excited to continue her soccer career as an Eagle and begin the next chapter of her athletic journey.
