USU Eastern Athletics

Cassie Larsen, a freshman defender from Spanish Fork, Utah, brings four years of varsity experience and a decorated high school career to the USU Eastern soccer program. She was a four-year varsity player and served as team captain during her junior season. As a senior, she earned First Team All-Region, First Team All-Valley and First Team All-State honors, establishing herself as one of the top players in her area.

She is the daughter of Mary and Dustin Larsen and comes from a family of six. She has three older siblings and is the youngest in her family. Her family has supported her throughout her athletic career and continues to encourage her as she begins her collegiate journey.

Outside of soccer, Larsen enjoys playing music and spending time with her cello. She plans to study psychology during her time at USU Eastern while continuing her soccer career. She is excited to begin the next chapter of her academic and athletic journey as an Eagle.
