Kallie Wallace, a freshman goalkeeper from North Ogden, Utah, brings a strong competitive background and natural leadership to the USU Eastern soccer program. She was a standout goalkeeper at the 6A level, earning four varsity letters during her high school career. Kallie was named Goalkeeper of the Year twice, received the Big Heart Player of the Year award and earned 6A All-State Honorable Mention honors. She also set her school's record for the most consecutive shutouts. As a senior, she served as team captain, leading by example through her work ethic, commitment and positive attitude.
She is the daughter of Dave and Bonnie Wallace, both graduates of Utah State University. She grew up in a close-knit family of six as the youngest of four children. Her family helped instill in her the values of hard work, accountability and perseverance. She will also become the first member of her family to compete in collegiate athletics, marking an exciting new chapter in her athletic career.
She plans to continue her soccer career at USU Eastern while pursuing a degree in Business Management. Wallace hopes to build on the leadership skills she developed through athletics and eventually apply them to a career in business.
Outside of soccer, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends and staying active outdoors. She loves riding quads, dirt bikes and side-by-sides, as well as snowboarding, weightlifting, hiking and camping. Whether on the field or outdoors, she enjoys staying active and making memories with the people around her.
