Utah State University

Haygen was the starting varsity goalie at her high school for her junior and senior seasons. During her career, she earned Team MVP honors three times and was named Second Team All-State in her senior year, highlighting her skill and leadership on the field.

She is one of four children, with two sisters and one brother, all of whom grew up playing sports. Her family has a strong background in baseball and softball, with her father having played college baseball at Utah State University Eastern and the University of Utah. Both of her parents now run their own businesses and have supported their children’s athletic and academic pursuits.

Outside of soccer, she enjoys hiking, hammocking, and spending time outdoors. She plans to study Radiology and chose Utah State University Eastern for its welcoming environment, strong faculty, and wide range of classes, allowing her to continue both her academic and athletic development in a supportive setting.
