USU Eastern Athletics

Emma Bowman, a freshman defender from Price, Utah, brings a decorated high school career and a versatile athletic background to the USU Eastern soccer program. During her high school career, she earned Second Team 3A All-State honors as a sophomore before being named First Team 3A All-State in both her junior and senior seasons. In addition to soccer, she competed in basketball and track, developing her versatility and competitive mindset across multiple sports.

She is the daughter of Sam and Jaceylyn and comes from a family of five children. Her family has supported her throughout her athletic career and continues to encourage her as she begins the next chapter of her education and soccer career.

Outside of soccer, Bowman enjoys playing pickleball, hiking, paddleboarding and golf. She is currently interested in studying food science in college. She chose USU Eastern because it is located in her hometown, allowing her to remain close to her family while receiving a quality education at an affordable and manageable cost. She looks forward to continuing her athletic and academic journey as an Eagle.
