Biography

James Porter, a freshman defender from St. George, Utah, brings a strong competitive background and a passion for athletics to the USU Eastern men's soccer program. During his high school career, he was a finalist and earned All-Region honors, highlighting his contributions and performance on the field.

He is the son of Patricia and Shawn Porter and has one brother, Jonathan. His family has supported him throughout his athletic journey and continues to encourage him as he takes the next step in his soccer career.

Outside of soccer, Porter enjoys playing sports, hiking, camping and spending time with friends. He looks forward to continuing his soccer career at USU Eastern while embracing the opportunity to grow both on and off the field.
