Biography

Sol Bombeck, a freshman midfielder from Salt Lake City, Utah, brings championship experience and a strong passion for the game to the USU Eastern soccer program. He helped East High School capture a State Championship during his high school career, providing him with valuable experience competing at a high level and contributing to a winning team.

He is the son of Merritt English and has a younger brother, James English. His family has supported him throughout his athletic journey and continues to encourage him as he begins the next chapter of his education and soccer career.

Outside of soccer, Bombeck enjoys spending time with his family. He plans to study Economics at USU Eastern while continuing his soccer career and pursuing his academic goals.
