USU Eastern Athletics

Felipe Martin, a freshman goalkeeper from Málaga, Spain, brings leadership experience and a winning background to the USU Eastern soccer program. He played soccer at his previous high school, serving as team captain during his final two seasons. He also competed for his neighborhood club team, El Palo, where he helped the team capture two league championships.

He is the son of Alejandro and Rocío and has two sisters, ages 20 and 14. His family has been an important source of inspiration, with his parents serving as examples of hard work and dedication. His older sister previously played volleyball, while his younger sister competed in basketball during high school.

Martin plans to pursue an Associate Degree in Business at USU Eastern. Outside of academics and soccer, he enjoys both playing and watching the sport and spending time with his friends and family. He looks forward to continuing his soccer career while pursuing his education and growing as a student-athlete at USU Eastern.
