USU Eastern Athletics

Oliver Palafox, a sophomore forward from West Jordan, Utah, brings a strong high school career and a passion for creativity to the USU Eastern soccer program. He attended Bingham High School, where he helped the Miners finish with a 14-3 overall record, including a 9-1 league record during his senior season. Bingham advanced to the Utah 6A Boys Soccer Quarterfinals, and Oliver earned numerous individual honors, including Utah All-Star, Utah All-State and 6A First Team All-State recognition.

He is the son of Sergio and Patricia Palafox and comes from a family with a strong connection to soccer. He has three siblings, Emily, Isabella and Camila, who all play soccer. Growing up surrounded by the sport has helped make soccer an important part of his life and family.

Outside of soccer, Palafox enjoys expressing his creativity through art, particularly painting. He chose USU Eastern because of its strong soccer and academic programs and plans to study graphic design. He looks forward to continuing his soccer career while developing his creative skills and pursuing his academic goals as an Eagle.
