USU Eastern Athletics

Cash Connors, a freshman forward from Pleasant Grove, Utah, brings a strong competitive background and championship experience to the USU Eastern women's basketball program. She was a three-year varsity starter and team captain at Pleasant Grove High School, helping lead her team to an undefeated 2026 5A state championship and earning All-Region honors.

Connors comes from a strong athletic family. Her mother, Melissa, competed in the 800 meters at Utah State University, while her father, Keith, played football at Utah State. She is the youngest of three children and has twin brothers, Rex and Porter, who both play football at the University of California, Davis. Her family's athletic background and support have played an important role in her development as a student-athlete.

Outside of basketball, Connors enjoys spending time with her family, watching Saturday night football, being outdoors and taking cold plunges in the river. She plans to major in education and chose USU Eastern because of the strong sense of community within the team and the coaching staff's dedication to pushing players to become the best versions of themselves both on and off the court.
