USU Eastern Athletics

Abbee Cook, a sophomore outside hitter from Richfield, Utah, brings a decorated multi-sport background and championship experience to the USU Eastern volleyball program. During her high school career, she earned First Team All-State honors twice and helped her team finish as State Runner-Up twice. She also competed in basketball and golf, winning a State Championship in both sports. Her basketball accomplishments included being named MVP and First Team All-State, while she also earned First Team All-State recognition in all three sports.

She is married to her husband, PJ Cook. She is the daughter of Jeff and Becky Albrecht and the late Annicka Albrecht and comes from a large family with nine siblings. Her family has been an important source of support throughout her athletic and academic journey.

Outside of volleyball, Cook enjoys spending time with her family and exploring the mountains. She is on track to graduate with her General Associate degree at the end of the fall semester and looks forward to continuing her education and volleyball career at USU Eastern.
