PRICE – Utah State Eastern Baseball hits the road this weekend for a four-game series against the Colorado Northwestern Spartans in Rangely, Colorado.

The Eagles will play on Saturday and Sunday instead of a normal Friday-Saturday schedule due to field conditions at CNCC Baseball Field.

Saturday's doubleheader will be the first game for the Eagles since March 30 when they defeated the College of Southern Idaho 4-1 in Twin Falls.

USU Eastern won last year's season series 7-1 over the Spartans with their lone loss coming in Rangely.

Earlier this season the Eagles had their home series against the Spartans canceled due to weather.

All four games this weekend will be broadcasted on the Scenic West Digital Network at scenicwestnetwork.com/cncc/.

The Eagles next home series will begin on April 26 against Salt Lake Community College.
