Utah State University

High School: Throughout high school she was involved with volleyball and track and field. Her senior year their volleyball team ended with a 20-4 record while remaining undefeated on their home court. They ended up taking 4th in the state her senior year and 5th her junior year. She ended her senior year with 449 kills, earning the #1 spot in 3A and #6 spot in the state of Utah and ended with 466 digs. She received 1st Team All-State her senior year. She participated in track 2 years of high school, placing 4th and 8th in high jump during state with an overall PR of 5'3".

Personal: Her parents are Cathy and John Christensen, who are both engineers. Her mother loves playing all sports, although she never played volleyball. She has one older brother, Jack, who is 3 years older than her, and will receive an engineering degree. Jack played lots of high school sports, such as tennis, soccer, swim and cross country. Her family are her biggest supporters.

She loves to hangout with her friends and family. She is very outgoing and loves to meet new people. Traveling is also one of her favorite things to do as well as camping, and fishing. She wants to pursue a profession in the medical field. She chose to come to USUE because she had a strong love for her home town.
