High school:  Her junior and senior year she was First team All-State and All-Region in softball and volleyball and Region MVP for softball.  Their team was State runner-up for volleyball in 2020.  She was a 4-year starter in both softball and volleyball.  She is 4th all time in the state of Utah for career assists with 2,776.  She has 41 career wins as a pitcher at Snow Canyon.  When she was 14 years old her team won the Little League World Series in 2018.

Personal:  She is the daughter of Rees and Markay Thorkelson with 3 older brothers and 1 younger sister.  Her dad played a year of baseball at BYU and her mom played volleyball and softball at UVSC.  She was coached by her mom throughout her life including 3 years of high school volleyball and her senior year of softball.  She enjoyed playing with her sister in high school the last 2 years.  

She likes to read and workout.  She is planning on studying Psychology.
