High School:  She received Academic All-Region awards and Defense MVP. She did four years of track in four events including; 100, 200, 400, and 4x4.  She was a two year varsity starter and the captain for the JV team.

Personal:  Her mom Janica Hayes was a college gymnast at SUU for four year.  Her dad Joe Hayes was a college football player at SUU for two years.  She has two older brothers, one is married and the other is playing college football.

Her hobbies include running long distance, including half marathons, and loves going to the gym in her free time.  Being with friends is a big part of her life, and she tries to spend as much time with them as she can.  She is interested in studying therapy for athletics or psychology.  She loves to be around people and talk to them making them feel as happy as they can.  That is why she is interested in those two professions.
