Biography
High School: She was a 3x Avondale College sport scholarship winner. She played for her premier high school team from ages 10-13 and also played for a premier club team for three seasons. 2016 NZSS Maurice Hulme placed third, won the 2017 1st XI girl football NZSS Kathy Seaward, won 2017 div1 club season, and was named woman of the year. In 2019 she was MVP and won div2 APC cup. She played for the NFF Futsal team in 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020. She was top scorer in 2018, and 2019. She also ran track and field, played basketball, softball, lacrosse, rugby, and volleyball in high school.
Personal: She comes from a family of 6, her parents are Macbeda and Courtsey Michael. Her father has a PHD in waste management and her mother is a health care assistant working in a hospital. She has three brothers; her oldest brother, Justice, is studying to be a Quantity Surveyor, her younger brother, Arinze, is currently at Timaru boys high and loves to play sports, and her youngest brother, Fortune, is currently at Oceanview height. Everyone in her family plays or has played sports.
She loves the outdoors; she has been on a 10 day spirit of adventure trip, three day sailing trip, and a three day skiing trip. She enjoys cooking, baking, listening to music, shopping, watching youtube, netflix, and hanging out with friends. She would like to study to become a personal trainer or join the police force. She chose USU Eastern because of the coaching staff, basketball women's program and also the education she will receive while she is here.
