Utah State University

Katelyn was a four-year member of her high school soccer program, earning three years of varsity experience. As a senior, she served as team captain and helped lead her team to a first-place finish in their region, a feat also accomplished during her sophomore year. Each season her team qualified for the playoffs, advancing as far as the semifinals. Individually, she earned multiple honors, including the Golden Boot Award, Senior MVP, and Goal of the Year. Academically, she completed 18 college credits while in high school and graduated with a 3.99 GPA.

She comes from a family of seven, which includes her four brothers and her parents, Chad and Heather. Her family enjoys spending time together outdoors and staying active, often joined by their two dogs.

In addition to soccer, she enjoys reading, hiking, biking, swimming, and boating. She plans to study Veterinary Science at Utah State University Eastern, where she chose to continue her academic and athletic career because of the strength of the soccer program, the smaller campus environment, and the opportunity to remain close to home.
