Biography
Esperanza was a 3-year starter for Stansbury High, helping lead her team to a region title in 2022 and the school's first-ever semi-final appearance in 2023. She was selected as a 2x All-Region defender and a 2x All-State defender. In addition to soccer, she ran sprints and was a region champion and state qualifier in 4 events all 4 years, placing 3rd in state in the 4x100 in 2023.
Esperanza's parents are Spencer and Katrina Call, and she is the oldest of 4 children.
Her hobbies include snowboarding, hiking, shopping, reading, and hanging out with friends and family. She intends to pursue a degree in Psychology, and she chose to come to Price because she liked the coaching staff, the players she met on her recruiting visit, and the overall environment at USU Eastern.
