USU Eastern Athletics

Maia Case hails from South Jordan, Utah, and attended Real Salt Lake Academy High School. During her junior year, she earned the “Breakout Player of the Year” award and had the exciting opportunity to travel to Italy with her team to play soccer. Maia concluded her high school career as a team captain and a state champion, having led her squad to win the 3A state championship. In addition to soccer, she was also active in volleyball and basketball throughout her high school years.

Maia is the youngest of three siblings and the daughter of Kristie and Josh Case. Both of her parents played basketball, while her brother and sister participated in swim during their high school years. Her older sister also played college soccer in Wyoming.

Maia is passionate about pursuing a degree in psychology. In her free time, she enjoys reading, spending time with friends, and working out. She chose to come to USU Eastern for its supportive environment and the opportunity to continue developing her soccer skills while studying in a field she is enthusiastic about.
