High School: Played multiple sports through high school, went back to back state champions for Netball, also won Zone and Regional titles for basketball, was apart of the Youth League Women's basketball championship team in 2017, 3x3 Asia Cup Silver Medalists with New Zealand in 2018. Previously attended Weatherford College where she was apart of the Honor Roll Academically.

Personal: Parents are Alice Cooney and Ajay Phillips. She has a younger brother, a step mother and father Tash and Albie. She has a big family that does play or has previously played some sort of sport.

She likes to keep busy whenever she can but also likes to chill a lot. She loves to go to the beach back home in New Zealand, and hang out with family. She decided to come here because she loves the enthusiasm of the coaches and the goals they had for her and her team here, she loved the enviornment and knew it was a good fit. She is currently pursuing a future in Kinesiology and Sports Medicine with a goal to be an athletic trainer one day.
