High School: Was a four year varsity basketball player and a 3 year varsity volleyball player.  During her junior year of basketball she was awarded All-Conference and 2nd Team All-State honors. That same year she also broke her school's record for most rebounds in a season with 340 rebounds During her senior year of basketball she was awarded All-Conference and All-State honors. During that year she broke the school's record for most rebounds in a game with 20 rebounds.

Personal: Parents are Bryant and Ciera Birch. She has a younger brother named Bryson and a younger sister named Caringtyn. Her father is a dentist and owns his own practice where her mom works part time as a hygienist, and she works there in the summer as a hygiene assistant.

She has always loved being outdoors. Some of her favorite things to do in the summer are go boating and camping. She also enjoys hunting. She plans to get an Associate of Science at USU Eastern and then go into Radiology. She chose USUE because of the great women's basketball program and the quality education she will receive here.
