1 Jenna Sutliff

  • Highschool Delta High School
  • Hometown Delta, Colorado

Biography

Jenna received all conference four years, all state honorable mention her junior year, as well as all state first team her senior year. She received defensive player of the year as well as the thunderstruck award. She was starting varsity all four years in softball as well as basketball.

Her mom’s name is Naomi Sutliff and her dads name is Duane Sutliff. She is the youngest of three siblings, Joe Sutliff and Jamie Sutliff. They all have supported her so much athletically. She could never thank them enough for all they have sacrificed for her to play softball.  There were so many family vacations made into stopping by the beach after her games or walking the Vegas Strip in her uniform just to grab a bite to eat after a long day at the fields. Jenna's parents rarely miss any games and have drove all hours of the night to surprise her at her games. Jenna feels her family, hands down, have coached her into the player and person she is today.  She would like to publicly thank her mom and dad.

Jenna chose USU Eastern because it’s not too far from home but far enough.  She loved the small culture displayed here. She came from a very small town as well so it felt like a home away from home. Jenna is looking to major elementary education with an emphasis on leadership. Her hobbies consist of hiking, boating, rafting, photography, watching movies, camping and spending time with her loved ones.
