High School: He started games on varsity as a sophomore in high-school and had a team leading era. Unfortunately, his last 2 years were lost or shorted due to Covid. In club ball, he set the single season strike out record for the Mudville 9 18u pinnacle program. He also started every game he played in for his high school basketball team, from sophomore year and on.

Personal: His parents are Travis and Emily Thompson. He is the youngest of 3 boys. They all played ball in some way. His brother had committed to play D1 football before he injured his back.

He eat, drink and sleeps athletics. If he's not playing, he's watching. As a kid he would watch the sport center program 3x in a night. He's undecided on what academic path he'll enter, but he's excited to figure it out. He is at USU eastern because he loves ball and has a lot more in the tank. He is here to win and he is here to excel.
