High School: Four-year letter winner for Bountiful. Helped her team win back to back state championships as a freshman and sophomore. As a junior she helped the Braves reach the state championship game. During her senior year in 2018, she helped Bountiful qualify for the state playoffs and put up 111 kills, 325 digs, and 45 assists. Earned 5A Honorable Mention following her senior year by the Utah Volleyball Coaches Association.

Personal:: Daughter of Dan Poulton and Stacy Boothe. Father played basketball and baseball for the College of Southern Idaho and baseball for the University of Utah. Father was also drafted out of high school by the Los Angeles Dodgers.  Stepmother Annette played volleyball and basketball at Weber State and Utah Valley. Has two brothers and two sisters and one stepsister. Enjoys drawing and playing the guitar. Plans on studying to enter the medical field. Chose USU Eastern because of the campus environment and campus size.
