High School: Played tennis and volleyball in high school. She was a four-year varsity starter in volleyball, achieving three state banners throughout her career, and awards such as All-State, 1st Team for three years, All-Area four years, Mountain River Conference Player of the year three years, three-time standard journal pick, and 2019 referee association sportsmanship award.

Personal: Parents are Derek and Cami Dodson. She is the last of four kids. Her mother has been a volleyball coach for 19 years, with her sister and brother being her assistants.

One of her favorite hobbies are cooking. She also loves the outdoors. She plans on majoring in sports medicine and exercise sciences to become a trainer.
