Biography
Rachel is entering her third year as an Eagle after two (covid) very successful years a starting middle blocker.
Rachel West is a All-American, standout athlete with a series of impressive accomplishments:
- Two-time state champion
- Selected to the Daily Herald All Valley Team her senior year
- 6A Region First Team
- Senior All-Star Team
- Played the 2020 season at USU Eastern, earning 1st Team All-American
- All Region Honors in 2020 and 2024
- Selected to the NJCAA National Championship All-Tournament Team
Rachel is the daughter of Brett and Holly West and the fourth of ten children. Three of her siblings have competed in Ultimate Frisbee, all finishing ranked in the top 3 teams nationally. Her second oldest brother also played football at Dixie State University.
Rachel served a volunteer mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Phoenix, Arizona. In her downtime, she enjoys hiking and playing spikeball.
