Biography
Kayson Bailey, a left-handed pitcher from Manti, Utah, is a freshman at USU Eastern. He attended Manti High School, where he earned Second-Team All-State honors during both his junior and senior seasons.
Kayson is the oldest of five children in his family. His parents, Kyle and Kaylie Bailey, along with his wife, Kaycee, and their one-year-old daughter, are a key part of his support system.
He chose to attend USU Eastern to continue his baseball career and pursue his studies. Outside of baseball, Kayson enjoys hunting, fishing, driving jeeps, and spending time in the mountains with his family.
