High School: 3 year varsity started in both baseball and football. Received All-Region and All-Valley honors in football and All-Region and All-State honors in baseball. Won 2 region championships in baseball. Had a .407 batting average his senior year.

Personal: Parents are Troy and Emily Kunz. His father golfed at Idaho State. He is the oldest of three siblings. He loves doing anything outdoors.
