High School: He dressed varsity from his sophomore to senior yer, he was the secondary center fielder. He got in about every other game his senior year where he didn't sit one inning all year. Senior year they took first in the first real tournament of the season winning Dessert Hills High. They also took second in the last chance tournament.

Personal: He is the middle child with two brothers, Kaiden who is 20 and Zack who is 13. His parents are Aleks and Jason Shelley.

He grew up loving video games, as a kid that was one of his first dreams to have a job in computers. He has built his own computer before. He also grew up on the best little league team in the state, the Utah Owlz. One of his favorite memories is winning the Triple Crown World Series in San Diego, CA.
