Biography

Jake Lindsay is a freshman infielder and outfielder from Pleasant View, Utah, and a graduate of Weber High School.

During his high school career, he was a standout athlete in both baseball and football. In baseball, he was a two-time 6A All-State selection, three-time All-Region honoree, and a four-year varsity starter. He finished his high school career with 106 hits, despite losing most of his sophomore season due to COVID-19. As a senior, he led 6A in doubles and finished third in home runs while batting .418 with a .500 on-base percentage. In football, Jake was a two-time First Team All-Region quarterback and a three-year varsity letterman.

Jake’s parents are Brooke and Scott Lindsay, and he has one sister, Karlee, who is married to Ethan Leonhardt.

Outside of baseball, Jake enjoys spending time outdoors and is planning to study sales in college. He chose USU Eastern to further his education while continuing to compete at a high level in baseball.
