High School:  She played varsity soccer, basketball, track, and golf for all four years in high school.  She participated in marching band three of those four years.  She was the MVP for soccer, basketball, and golf.  She received Academic All-Region for all four sports, and All-Region Second Team in basketball.  She was named the "Outstanding Female Athlete" for her school.

Personal:  Her parents are Matt and Erika Briggs and she has two sisters and one brother.  Her family has been Aggies for generations.  The track stadium at USU in Logan is named after her great grandpa Ralph Maughan.

Her hobbies include sports and playing the piano.  She enjoys hanging out with her friends and her sisters.  She is still undecided on what she wants to study adn she chose USU Eastern to be close to home, and to have the opportunity to be an Aggie, but start on a smaller campus and able to play soccer.
