Rachel Pace

Rachel Pace is entering her first season as an Assistant Coach for the Utah State University Eastern women's soccer program. She brings both high-level playing experience and a growing coaching resume to the Eagles' staff.

She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a minor in Business and played collegiate soccer at Brigham Young University from 2019 to 2023, where she helped lead the team to two NCAA College Cup appearances.

Following her collegiate career, she played professionally for Eto FC in Hungary, where she won the Hungarian Cup in her first season and scored the game-winning goal to send her team to the Championship League Final. She later joined Dallas Trinity FC, where she helped the team become the first USL semi-finalist in club history.

Her coaching background includes time with Celtic FC (2021–2022) and Prince of Peace Christian School (2024–2025), where she served as both an assistant and head coach. During her time at Prince of Peace, she led the team to its first-ever school final.

She is married to her husband, Zander Pace.
