Biography
Despite missing her freshman-junior years because of injuries, Chantel was named 2nd team all-region in 5A after her senior season at Lehi High School.
Chantel is the daughter of Jordan Mingo and Shelley and Zach Olson. She is the oldest of five children (three boys and two girls). Her father played baseball at USU Eastern (then College of Eastern Utah).
She loves to be around her family. She love things outdoors like hunting, camping, riding horses and swimming.
Chantel chose USU Eastern because it is close to her family, and felt like it would be a perfect fit with her friends.
