Madison Anderson is a sophomore from West Jordan, Utah. Standing at 6'1", Madison, often referred to as "Maddie," had an impressive high school career at West Jordan High School, where she started on the varsity basketball team all four years.

In addition to basketball, Maddie played varsity volleyball for three years, earning accolades such as Defensive Player of the Year and Second Team All-Region. She also competed in track and field during her senior year, placing 2nd in the region in high jump and 6th in discus, while being named Field MVP and Most Outstanding Jumper. Her GPA never dropped below 3.8, earning her the Academic Scholar Award and a spot on the All-Region Academics Team for every sport each year.

Maddie's athletic achievements include:

Maddie is the daughter of Weston and Stacey Anderson and has two siblings, Dylan and Alex. When she's not playing basketball, Maddie enjoys hanging out and playing games with her family and friends, as well as spending time with her dog, Doaks.

This year, Maddie is also serving as the Athletic Representative on the Student Association team, where she will be planning athletic events for students. She is studying social work with the goal of becoming a therapist or pursuing a career in a related field to help others and make a positive impact on the world. Maddie chose to attend Utah State Eastern because of the strong sense of family within the basketball program and the supportive environment it provides.
