Biography
High School: She as a 3x Avondale College sport scholarship winner (2015, 2016,2018). In 2016 was received MVP as a junior for basketball and Outstanding Junior Sports Woman of the year. In 2017 she received Most Improved Senior Player for basketball. She was Avondale college captain in 2018 and 2019. In 2019 she played for the Auckland Dream All-Star team and played against the Japan U16 girls national team. She also ran track and field, played soccer, softball, lacrosse, rugby and volleyball in high school.
Personal: She is in a family of 6, her parents are Macbeda and Courtsey Michael. Her father has a PHD in waste management and her mother is a health care assistant working in the hospital. She has 3 brothers; her oldest brother, Justice, is studying to be a Quantity Surveyor, her younger brother, Arinze, is currently at Timaru boys high and loves to play sports, and her youngest brother, Fortune, is currently an Oceanveiw height. Everyone in her family plays or has played sports.
She loves the outdoors; she has been on a 10 day spirit of adventure trip, 3 day sailing trip and a 3 day skiing trip. She enjoys cooking, baking, listening to music, shopping, watching YouTube, netflix and hanging out with friends. She would like to study to become a personal trainer or join the Police force. She chose USUE because of the coaching staff, basketball women's program and also the education she will receive while she is here.
