High School:Received All-Region honors in 2013-2015. Named second team All-State in 2014 and 2015. Was named All-State honorable mention in 2013. Was a member of the 2015 All-Valley First Team.

Personal: Hobbies include shooting, boating and playing racquetball. Has two sisters and a brother. Parents are Brent and Susan Shurtliff.
