Sadie was honored to start as pitcher for all four years of high school at Cedar High. She earned All-State honors all four years of high school, including back-to-back First Team All State. Sadie racked up 674 career strikeouts landing her a spot in the Utah state record books, along side 59 career wins. As a freshmen, she pitched the most strikeouts in Region 9 and as a senior ended in the top 10 strikeout pitchers in the state. Her senior year she batted .421 and pitched 223 strikeouts with a 2.54 ERA.

Sadie’s parents are Nick and Jeanine Parson. She has one younger brother.

In her free time, Sadie loves to play pickleball, travel and hang out with friends and family. She finished her phlebotomy certification in high school and plans to pursue a degree in nursing. Sadie chose to attend USU Eastern because she liked the coach and the program.
