Utah State University

Lexi started her high school sports playing softball and running track. She qualified for state in all 3 track events: high jump, long jump, and the 100 meters. Lexi qualified and competed in the Jr Olympics in Florida in all three events. She has been an all-state second team player from freshman to junior year, and first team all area. Her senior year she made first team all-state. She finished her senior year of high school with a batting average of .761 with 92 AB with 70 hits. Lexi broke 3 state records that year. She also has the most stolen bases in one game record at 6 bases.

Lexi's parents are Matthew and Michelle Hardman. She has 4 siblings; 2 sisters and 2 brothers, all of which have played in competitive sports since a young age.

Lexi likes to do anything outdoors: fishing, hiking, playing pickleball, and rock climbing. She is studying elementary education. She chose to come to USU Eastern because of the environment there. She loved all of the people and connected very well with the coach. She knew that it was the right place for her to be and the right decision.
