High School:  She had All-State placings all four year of high school, a state championship her junior year, and 16U PGF national champion for OC Batbusters.

Personal:  Her parents are Sven and Megan Nelson, and she has two younger siblings.  Nash (7) is her little brother, and Taitlyn (14) is her younger sister.  Her dad played baseball for SLCC.

She loves doing anything outdoors such as being at the lake and riding ATV's.  She chose to come to USU Eastern because she likes the small town environment and the support provided on campus.  It's close to home but far enough to start her next chapter of life on her own.  The next two years she plans to earn her associates degree in general education.  She would love to study anything cosmetology and aesthetician when the time comes.
