Biography
Jayda Spight, a freshman middle/utility player from Taylorsville, UT, is joining the USU Eastern softball team.
In high school at West High School, Jayda earned several honors, including All-Region First Team, All-Region Second Team, and Defensive Player of the Year. Her team achieved a second-place finish in the softball state championship game.
Jayda's parents are Nikki and Daniel Spight, and she has a younger brother named Makhi Spight.
Her hobbies include baking, binge-watching TV shows, hiking, and organizing. For fun, she enjoys outdoor activities, shopping, getting her nails done, and playing PlayStation games. Jayda plans to study sports medicine at USU Eastern.
