In her new role, she will continue to oversee eligibility and game management while also taking on responsibilities as the Sports Information Director. Hart began her time with the department as a graduate assistant, also assisting with the softball program during her first two years. Over the past three years, she has worked in administration, gradually expanding her leadership within the department.

A native of Harrisburg, North Carolina, Hart attended Hickory Ridge High School, where she was a four-year varsity starter on the softball team. She earned All-Conference honors in her sophomore, junior, and senior seasons.

Hart began her collegiate playing career at Spartanburg Methodist College, where she was a two-year starter at shortstop and helped lead the team to an NJCAA National Tournament appearance. She was named First Team All-Region and to the NJCAA All-Tournament Team both years.

She continued her career at Limestone University in South Carolina, where she was a two-year starter at third base. In her senior season, she hit .339 and earned All-Conference and All-Tournament honors in 2018, following a successful comeback from an ACL tear.

Hart holds an Associate of Science from Spartanburg Methodist, a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education with an emphasis in Strength and Conditioning from Limestone University, and a Master’s degree in Sports and Physical Education from Utah State University.

She was born in Waterbury, Connecticut, and is proud to call North Carolina home.
