Biography
Lenny Smith, a versatile 6'6" shooting guard and small forward from Washington, D.C., had a standout high school career at Hillcrest Prep. Before attending Hillcrest, Lenny was ranked the 28th-highest scorer in the state of Maryland. While at Hillcrest, he earned Defensive Player of the Year honors in the competitive EIBC league, averaging 2 blocks and 10 rebounds per game. A multi-sport athlete, Lenny also excelled in track and football during his high school years, showcasing his all-around athletic ability.
Lenny comes from a supportive family of five, led by his mothers, Kristien and Ebony Smith, and is the oldest of three siblings, including Madison and Brynden.
Off the court, Lenny enjoys a variety of hobbies, including fishing, playing golf, football, and watching movies. He also has a deep passion for music. Lenny chose to attend USU Eastern to continue his basketball career while pursuing his education and expanding his opportunities for the future.
