Seth Butterfield begins his first year as a collegiate assistant coach for USU Eastern baseball.  He returns to Eastern following his time at Carbon High School as an assistant coach from 2019 to 2022.  He helped lead the Dinos to a 2nd and 3rd place standing in the Utah State tournament.  A USU Eastern alumni, Butterfield was a designated hitter and first baseman for the Eagles. 

Seth is married to Jasalene who is an elementary educator for the Emery County School District.
