USU Eastern Athletics

Rayce Everts, a sophomore from Cedar Fort, Utah, brings a strong background in leadership, service and community involvement to USU Eastern. During high school, he served as the vice president of his school’s FFA chapter and was a student council representative. While in FFA, Everts competed on the Parliamentary Procedure team, helping the team advance to the state level. Through Student Council, he supported his school’s athletic department and spirit squad, including serving as the school mascot and helping energize the student section.

Everts is the oldest son of Ricky and Cala Everts and has four younger siblings, including two sisters and two brothers. As the first man in his family to attend college, he hopes to make his family proud while taking advantage of the opportunities that come with pursuing a higher education.

Everts is majoring in Wildlife Ecology and Management with plans to pursue a career protecting natural resources. Outside of academics, he enjoys hiking and exploring the outdoors. He chose Utah State University Eastern to further his education and looks forward to building a foundation for his future career while representing his family and community.
