Allie Fowler, a freshman outfielder/pitcher from Springville, Utah, is joining the USU Eastern softball team.
At Springville High School, Allie had a standout career. In her senior year, she posted a 1.93 ERA and a .322 batting average, earning First Team All-Valley, Academic All-Region, First Team All-State, and Academic All-State honors. Her team finished second in the State Championship. In her junior year, she had a .362 batting average and received Honorable Mention and Second Team All-State recognition. As a sophomore, she had a .341 batting average.
Allie's family includes her parents, Jenny and Scott Fowler, her two older sisters, Madison and Hannah, and her younger brother, Jack. She is proud to be the first in her family to play at the collegiate level and appreciates the unwavering support of her family.
In college, Allie plans to study Small Business Operations with the goal of opening her own business. Outside of softball and school, she enjoys working out, spending time with her family, doing nails (she is licensed), hiking, and participating in other outdoor activities.
