High School: He played 4 years of varsity baseball for Boulder City High School. He was a 2-time 3A All-State pitcher.

Personal: His parents are Dayna and Steve Connell and he has 2 brothers.

He likes to hangout with friends and go offroading, he is currently looking into business. He chose USUE for the opportunity to play baseball at a high level, to develop his skills and hopefully be able to play at a four year university once his time is up.
