The USU Eastern men's soccer team hosted the College of Southern Nevada Coyotes yesterday, September 26
th. Unfortunately, this game ended in another tie of 0-0.
In the first half our Eagles were not as aggressive as the Coyotes but lucky for The Eagles held them to only one shot on our goal; freshman goalkeeper
Rhys Picton with the awesome save.
After the half USU Eastern was able to make more adjustments and came out hot. They had a lot of good chances to score but the Coyotes goalkeeper made some good saves. "It could have easily been a 6-0 game just in the second half alone, we played fantastic," said head coach
Jared Woodhouse.
During the first overtime both teams were fairly even but still couldn't get the goal. During the second overtime The Eagles dominated but couldn't get the score and the game ended in a tie.
The Eagles will play at home again this Saturday, September 28
