PRICE, UTAH – The Utah State Eastern men's soccer team lost to the Snow College Badgers 7-2 on Thursday at home.

The Badgers picked up their second win of the season against the Eagles.

In the first 70 seconds of the match Snow scored a goal off the foot of Jaydon Humphries.

They would turn around seven minutes later and add another goal from Sam BamberLister to be up 2-0 on the Eagles.

Sophomore Xavier Smith put in a goal for the Eagles with an assist from Frank DeBry in the 12' minute of the match to cut the lead to one.

However, the Badgers would be too much offensively for the Eagles as they added three more goals before halftime.

Before halftime the Eagles switched goalies from Austin Munoz to David Navoa.

Navoa and the defense would slow down the Badgers in the second half and only allow two more goals.

In the 80' minute freshman Tyler Malan added the final goal of the game for USU Eastern.

With the loss against Snow, the Eagles now have an overall record of 3-12-2 and a conference record of 3-7-1.

The Eagles will finish their regular season with a home match against the Colorado Northwest Spartans on Saturday at 1 p.m.
