USU Eastern Athletics

High School: He is from the Dominican Republic and came to the US to play high school soccer at Scotland Campus for his last two years. The two years he was there his team played in a national championship named NACA tournament and both years his team won the tournament in Division 1, the second year he was named the best goalkeeper of the tournament. His senior year they has a total of 21 games which they won 20 and lost 1.

Personal: His family is from the Dominican Republic, he has the same name as his father Guillermo Basilis, his mother is Larissa Calzada and he has an older sister that is 21 and her name is Andrea Basilis. His father used to play basketball, his mother used to play volleyball, and his sister plays tennis in the Domican Republic.

In his free time he likes to go to the gym, read a book, play other sports, and do martial arts.  He also loves to spend time with his friends and family.  He is currently working on finishing his general studies, and when he is done he will start sports psychology.
