Marli is entering her second year as an Eagle after a very successful freshman year as a defensive specialist. 

Marli is the youngest child of Amy and Eric Pearson. She has two older siblings Wyatt and Hailey. 

Marli has been a 4 year varsity starter for both volleyball and softball at Blackfoot High School. She has received High Country Conference All Area Honors as an outside in 2020. The following spring Marli was awarded with first team all conference outfield for softball.  Her junior year she was voted team captain by her teammates and was awarded High Country Conference All Area Libero Honors. That spring Marli was also awarded with first team all conference for her softball teams outfield. She was also named offensive player of the year in softball.  Marli’s senior year she was again voted team captain by her teammates and led them to the Idaho state tournament for the first time in over 38 years. That season she was awarded first team libero in the High Country Conference, and second team all state.

Marli enjoys to spend her free time outside in the sun. She loves a good game of spikeball or cross net. She is also passionate about weightlifting and running. She has plans to eventually run a half marathon.
